Rocco's Very First Popsicle

Rocco only likes blue icecream (yes, it must be blue, not any particular flavor just as long as it's blue) - so he was very excited to try his first popsicle, which of course had to be blue. 

Don't let those photos fool you, he hadn't taken a bite of it yet. The popsicle touched his mouth for approximately one-tenth of a second before he promptly declared it "not good" and tried putting it back in it's wrapper. 

What kid doesn't like popsicles? Mine.

Chubby Chin Cutie

I am not sure which is more impressive, Gianna sitting up in her Bumbo or her ridiculous double chin!

 

Swaddle Time

Yes, we still swaddle. Also, one of these days I will get around to taking photos of her nursery. Say, by the time she is a year old.

Bubble Baths

Splish, splash, Rocco's taking a bubble bath! It's the only kind he likes. For a little boy who LOVES to "swim" in the pool, he sure does put up a big fuss about taking a bath lately. Apparently bubbles makes it tolerable though, so whatever works, right? 

Sleeping Beauty

While I was getting ready for the day Gianna was laying on our bed staring at her favorite thing - the ceiling fan. By the time I was dressed she had fallen fast asleep like this. Life's so hard being a baby.

Lil 500

The four of us, Scott's brother and his family, and Scott's mom all went down to the Lil 500 Go-Karts for Rocco's first ride behind the wheels. NASCAR, look out! He still talks about it now, weeks later - "We go zoom!"
