Santa Claus is Coming to Daycare

Santa came to Rocco's daycare and he wasn't too thrilled about it. Guilty conscience perhaps?

More Fun at the House of Mouse

We met our friend Theresa and her sons Alexander and Jack at the Magic Kingdom for a day of fun! Alexander and Rocco are best buds - they were so cute having fun together all day long. Gianna stayed with Scott's mom for the day just to make things a little easier by handling only three kids between three adults.

ICE!

For my nephew Kieran's 5th birthday, we went to ICE! at the Gaylord Palms. It really was VERY VERY cold! The theme this year was The Nutcracker. I think Rocco's favorite part was sliding down the ice slide.

My Little Turkeys

Thanksgiving this year was spent with Scott's side of the family at his mother's house. Publix and Honeybaked Ham catered our meal, which was delicious and stress free! So I didn't bother taking photos of all the food since none of us could claim credit for any of it's creation, but I did take photos of my own little turkeys:

Three Wheels Times Two

It was a pretty, if a bit chilly, day so we took a short walk around the block to our community park with the kids. Rocco practiced riding his tricycle while Gianna enjoyed her very first time in her "big girl" stroller. Previously she has always been in the bassinet attachment for the stroller base, but she finally outgrew that.

First Food!

Gianna's first attempt at baby food was a relative success. She had sweet potatoes, which flavor-wise seemed to not be a problem but she was truly confused about what to do with the food once it was in her mouth. 

Halloween 2014

For the third year in a row we all dressed up as a family for Halloween. The first year we were a cow/dairy farmers, the second year was The Wizard of Oz, and this year is Mickey and Minnie Mouse of course (Rocco picked out his costume, the rest of us dressed accordingly).

Nice Day

It was a nice day outside so we took the kids to a local park. This was Gianna's first time on the swings, and she absolutely loved it!

Pumpkin Patch 2014

We've been taking Rocco's pumpkin photos at the same spot for three years now! I will be sad if it ever goes away.

Ages 1, 2, and 3!

This was Gianna's first time (of course) and she was a natural at posing by the pumpkins - she's not old enough to sit up on her own, so all she had to do was lay there and look cute ;)

Stone Mountain Georgia

We went up to Atlanta for the weekend for my cousin Tiffany's wedding. While we were in town we decided to take the kids to Stone Mountain along with my sister and her family.

It was a little chilly, but otherwise it was a lovely time. Well, up until Rocco decided to face plant into the corner of a wooden beam in the kids play area resulting in a lot of blood because head wounds, even small ones, apparently bleed like a faucet. This attracted the attention of the park employees who were then required to call EMTs and police/security to file an incident report. Before we knew it we were surrounded by various people, all for something that just required a bandaid. Granted, he will probably have a small permanent scar on his forehead, but I don't think you would notice it unless you were looking for it.

Happy Third Birthday Rocco!

Due to having to go to Atlanta for my cousin Tiffany's wedding on Rocco's actual birthday, we had to celebrate his birthday a week early. Rocco is quite simply OBSESSED with Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, so the theme of his birthday party this year was a no-brainer. We're so glad everyone in both of our families were able to come over and celebrate with us!

Harry Potter Fun

Our awesome friends Courtney, Eric, and their daughter Clara all came to Orlando to visit and go to the theme parks. We joined them at Universal and Islands of Adventures to see the new Harry Potter Diagon Alley section. You really have to go if you're a Harry Potter fan! We didn't take too many photos but here's a couple.
